What an education it has been both for the delegates and for me! What an awesome place this world would be if we all followed these basic guiding principles! Swahili is the mother tounge in Kenya although everyone also speaks English because it is their national launguage (and lucky for me its the launguage of this conference). Our flight got in last night and we were met by Bishop David who is the local Bishop and Pastor and is affiliated with ILI (the conference people). We came to the Home and Away Guest House which is a small older home that is a bed and breakfast. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and got treated to our own separate rooms! It was a bit freeing to get in the car and go home without worried of the baggage. They know where they are and they will deliver them tomorrow! I have a day of reprieve before I have to do laundry! I've received messages from those at ILI at the great news of the new church planting and they want to use my blog to help tell the story!
