Outside the temperatures are rising.and the sweat will be pouring down more profusely than before too! But once you eclipse that hour mark that is when you are heading into rehydration/ refuel territory. It's way too easy to get lost on Facebook or some other online site or TV show and before you know it it's 1am; when the alarm goes off start the brushing of the teeth and getting ready to go to bed.
