I finally, finally, finally got a chance to update the blog and so as to remain somewhat chronological, I begin here with some reflections on my trip this spring to Ethiopia. Here are some notes on Ethiopian gastronomie without any real method of organization other than the photo-caption-photo-caption kind. I only drink beer that's been ISO 14000 certified.
