Monday, April 28. I wish I were a kid again! Tonight for Family Home Evening, it was decided to put a mattress on the stairwell, and slide down. She was a little taken back at first, and didn't know what to think, but then she started to enjoy it a lot. I think I had more fun than she did though.Oh well. love it! Posted by Carlee Joli. Sunday, August 5, 2012. Rhett has really been fighting his mid-day nap, but if he doesn't get it he is super cranky. To keep him in his bed, Saria bought a baby gate thinking he would see it and stay in his bed. Well, it kept him in his room, as you can see in the picture. Aw, the weather. Our truck will be here at the end of the month. That is one of the big things that we are looking forward to. Also, Jake's Dad is going to be visiting us next weekend. As I sit here at 5am on a Saturday trying to figure out everything that has happened in the past 2 weeks, I find that its hard. One because it is WAY too early, but my children are awake and two because a LOT has happened. Let me TRY to get it all out. Sorry - this WILL be sketchy. That is what the Army got us and I suppose we should be thankful for that. Here are a few pictures. One is my sisters and I at the viewing for my dad. One is James showing that he drew a LOT of H's all by himself!

Sunday, August 26, 2012. We weeded the garden yesterday. I weeded the vacant community weed-filled plot next to us with Rhett allowing Saria time to weed our plot without Rhett's helping hands. I would then push the weed-filled wheel barrow to the compost pile while Rhett sat atop, and I would then dump him and the weeds out. He loved being buried in all the weeds. Wednesday this week was Family Day. We got to look at a lot of helicopters and sit in the Black Hawk. It was a lot of fun to see what Jake was doing all day. Here are some pics of Family Day. There is a place about 20 minutes south of us called Sapgyopo? I think. From what we saw (since we couldnt read any of the signs) its just a couple ships that you get to walk through. Don't really know what they are doing there or what they were once used for. But it was cool. Me and the boys - as Sam trys to walk away. Jake with the boys - as Sam walks away again.
