Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Tis the season for Holiday treats and looking forward to the New Year! First, look what I found:. A picture of the yummers banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. My mom still thinks they sound gross, but I promise they're amazing. It's been a cookie-baking kind of month. I made these yummy monster cookies. And used Christmas M&Ms to make them more festive. Word to the wise: this recipe. Soooooo good. Thanks, Leslie for introducing me to this recipe! It's designed by Spark!

Tuesday, November 17, 2009. It's a gorgeous day here in Big Sky Country! What an amazing gift that Thanksgiving is right around the corner and it was nearly 60 degrees today. As my grandpa always says about the weather, "You better like it because there's nothing you can do about it." I not only like days like these, I love them! Monday, August 31, 2009. Last week I met Bruce at home for a quick lunch. She (yes, her name is Bruce. Bruce Lee Brown to be very specific) baked in the sun while I threw together a quick quesadilla and salad. 2 tbsp red pepper hummus. 2 tbsp homemade guac. By request. Quesadilla Cals: 150 40 80 = 270. Fresh tomato from Mom's garden (does it get any better? 2 tbsp light sour cream. Salad: 20 50 = 70. Rediculously simple, and the most satisfying lunch I've had in a long time. Definitely worth a reapeat.

Spanish speakin', food lovin' kind of a girl. I haven’t written a blog post in for-eva! Breakfast. Ezekiel bread w/ organic peanut butter and a banana drizzled with raw honey.
