Well, , , , I personally don’t agree with it🙂. All my life I have exercised home and never felt the need to go to the Gym, because I didn’t want to waste my money on something that I could do by exercising at home and not spending a dime for it🙂. A great WordPress.com site. May 20, 2013. How healthy is your meal :). There are so many different food options we can find, but the key is to find the ones that keep us healthier. If we workout everyday or every other day our body needs all the necessary nutrition to build up and re energize. I have found my golden meals and it’s working great for me🙂. Breakfast is always the same:. I have oats with hot water and a banana. Gives me enough energy for my 45-60 minutes workout🙂. Dinner is always the same:.

The last day I felt like this was long time ago. Some days our mind doesn’t feel like exercising and some other days our body doesn’t want to🙂 That’s why I listened to my body today and it was worthy, because it gave me the energy to enjoy this beautiful rainy day and a nice walk on top of it🙂.
