Monday, November 7, 2011. Didn't get a picture because my boys scarfed it up so fast, but I made an insanely yummy baked potato soup tonight. It was a great night for it.cold and overcast. 4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed. 4 green onions, sliced. 1 1/4 C. grated cheese. 8 oz sour cream. 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled.
