Jack Bauer & Other Reasons For Waking Up: So Noted: Randomized Cool
http://jackbauerwakeup.blogspot.com/2007/03/so-noted-randomized-cool.html
Jack Bauer and Other Reasons For Waking Up. All Things Good: A Running Tab. Saturday, March 10, 2007. So Noted: Randomized Cool. Malcolm Gladwell’s foray into. That day. For as much as coolness was affected by those purchasing, those selling equally influenced the equation. With that in mind, I’d like to take a look at 20 years of Air. What I am going to look at is the differentiation and evolution (although evolution implies “improved”, which is not necessarily apropos here) of the shoes. Maybe Malcolm ...

Imagine Me: emergence...
http://katethegreat07.blogspot.com/2007/04/emergence.html
Monday, April 23, 2007. At least in our society we can just pick whatever we want to do based on what we are good at and what we enjoy. maybe that is how it is for ants. Or maybe the baby just picks an adult ant to follow around and ends up doing whatever their job is for the rest of their life.kind of like family businesses. Is sick :( Get better! April 25, 2007 at 7:00 PM. April 26, 2007 at 1:39 PM. Does the system need to sustain itself for a given period of time to consider it complex? I don't know i...

http://autumninjuly.blogspot.com/2007/05/sts-class.html
Final Thoughts for a Final Semester. Friday, May 4, 2007. So, last night I finally went to an STS class.good thing because I think that it might have been the last one. So, the class I attended was Dreamweaver I and it was held at College Library. I did learn some things, but I think that if I were to do it again, I would take Dreamweaver II. So here's some of the cool stuff I learned:. Buy sublingual viagra online. Does viagra really work. Viagra covered by insurance. Cheapest uk supplier viagra. This i...

Final Thoughts for a Final Semester: January 2007
http://autumninjuly.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
Final Thoughts for a Final Semester. Wednesday, January 31, 2007. Open Post: Not much to say. It truly amazes me of how much homework we all have at the beginning of the semester, it seems like once we all begin, the first month is a catch-up game followed quickly by midterms and then another round of catch-up as a lot of us stop caring. Isn't the direct translation "no place," meaning it doesn't exist? And if "Utopia" can never be found, even though we all yearn for it, then truly what is. The same sour...

Blogging Beginner: March 2007
http://kurtsblogging.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 26, 2007. This week I read a chapter called “The Web” from the book Writing about Cool by Jeff Rice. And his “hot” and “cold” media. I felt like this chapter was an updated, albeit shortened, version of Understanding Media by McLuhan. Rice talked about how the internet is a definite “cool” media. Another chapter that I had to read is called “March of the Meganets” from the book E-Topia by William J. Mitchell. Last week, we had to look at a site called Stelarc. Monday, March 19, 2007. On pag...

Jack Bauer & Other Reasons For Waking Up: Superman Heats Up (well, the medium does)
http://jackbauerwakeup.blogspot.com/2007/02/superman-heats-up-well-medium-does.html
Jack Bauer and Other Reasons For Waking Up. All Things Good: A Running Tab. Sunday, February 18, 2007. Superman Heats Up (well, the medium does). Movies are hot media? Alright, I can accept that. But then, again, television is a cold medium. On the other hand, then, I have no idea what is going on. Well, I thought to solve this issue of why television was. First, in the 1950's:. Jump ahead then, to the 1970's (note the hilarious background music):. Well, the medium of superman seems to be warming up.

Andy's Blog: you can do it!
http://thetalls81.blogspot.com/2007/04/you-can-do-it.html
Monday, April 23, 2007. You can do it! Last week, we finished watching the movie Lost in Translation in class. There are some things that struck me in a way that i wanted to talk about them in my blog. 3 The ending kinda sucked. i really don't like endings that don't really conclude the film. this on was above and beyond as the audience doesn't know what is said to charlotte and they don't know what will happen when they both get back to the United States. I also found the use of conversation, or lack th...
