賴床賴到10點多，想起可以來做章魚燒，就趕緊起床備料～. 粉漿（市售章魚燒粉1/3包 5匙中筋麵粉 一匙太白粉 蛋一顆 適量水）拌勻. 柴魚片、沙拉醬、芥末醬、沙拉油. 5) 稍待1-2分鐘就可以開始翻面，邊翻邊收周圍的屑屑，丸子才會飽滿. 擠上沙拉醬、醬油，灑點蔥花和柴魚片，好吃章魚燒完成！！ 不過只能拿整隻，沒辦法只買腳，那天買了一隻300元（大概是一包抽取式衛生紙的大小）. 魚販教我怎麼處理它，才不會搞得硬梆梆嚼不爛（魚販已經把章魚用鹽巴洗過了，應該是洗黏液）. 1) 準備一鍋冷水和幾片薑片（去腥），章魚在水冷時先放進去，再開火煮到滾。 2) 水滾後就轉中小火，再煮3分鐘後關火，蓋鍋蓋繼續用悶的。 回家之後照做，章魚果然很軟Q，真是有慧根～～. 8251;如果水滾再放章魚下去，章魚肉會一下就縮起來，就會變硬喔！ 但因為特價￥109，不買可惜.結果和章魚燒搭在一起，意外的速配呢～. 大學時，只愛做平面的東西，對於網頁、動畫沒什麼興趣，. 進社會後，做了好久的平面，常態的加班，病態的沒有加班費，. 結婚後，搬到了新的地方，人生地不熟，工作又少，. 只好路迢迢的到同學工作室去學網頁，這才發現到，做網頁實在比平面方便多了！！ 2 所見及所得，不用擔心印刷有色差，每台螢幕顯色雖不同亦不遠矣。 3 檔案小，傳輸快，不用轉檔、傳FTP浪費時間，搞到後來傳到當掉還是得燒片子. 4 切版時可以常用腦.（暫時想不到了.）. 我相信沒有白走的路，所有事件都有意義，會在生命中產生作用。 如果沒有搬到鄉下地方，我可能也不會搭1小時的車，每天到台中學網頁，. 不會知道做網頁、切版這麼有趣～還有了自己的作品。 Http:/ www.fireworksbay.com/. 祝你生日快樂租書坊 http:/ www.happybirthday-365.com.tw.
