Landed while fishing on the Catfish Cadillac on Monday with the heater on board keeping us toasty! Check out the belly and the fish has a big one too. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Spawning time is about over. Alright everybody it's about time to get back on the water. The spawning season is just about done and I think it's pretty safe to start doing some more trips. As you know I don't take anyone out while the Big Blue cats are spawning because the fishing is just too unpredictable. 1 How much is a trip? It depends on the number of people and which trip you want to take. Check out out rates page for more info. www.catchbigfish.net/rates.html. 2 Where are you located? We are in Richmond, Va. The boat ramp that we will normally meet you at is called Deep Bottom Landing. You can get directions to Deep Bottom by clicking this link. Deep Bottom Directions. 3 Can I bring Beer? 4 Can I keep the fish. Not the big ones. We will allow you to keep any cats that we catch under 10 lbs.

All Trips include everything except your food and drink. The only things you need to bring are your food, drinks, fishing license (Va Freshwater). And a camera. We will supply the boat, bait, tackle, guide and fun! 350/Day for 2 people. Each additional person is $25 up to 4 people total. Make your $50 deposit here to hold your date! Trips are scheduled for 8 hours. But often we say longer if we are having a good time and conditions are favorable. 7am-3pm or 8am - 4pm. 6pm - 2am or 7pm - 3am.
