History of Walton and Milford. Berkswich History Society was founded in 1992. The Society started life at Walton High School following an invitation from the Youth and Community Officer, Jim Foley, for residents of the area to recount their memories to pupils at the school. There was clearly an interest in the history of the area and as our numbers grew we moved to Walton Village Hall almost 20 years ago. What do we do? Community Web Kit provided free by BT.
