My proudest moment of teaching all year: Today, after my first class had finished up, Johnny kept poking at and tickling the girl sitting next to him. She kept asking him to stop, and he wouldnt, despite my having redirected him a couple of times. Johnny said, I want to handcuff you and tickle you until you scream, and then said, What? What, Ms. Judi? Why you making that face? He said, What? I didnt say anything wrong.

Aug 15th, 2011 at 2:54 PM. As of today, all pendants that have been paid for have been shipped, minus one that was paid for today after I'd already gone to the post office and one that required an address confirmation. I'm making a trip to the post office for those two tomorrow and will mail any that I receive payments for tonight or tomorrow morning. After that, nothing else will go out until after I get back from WorldCon. And I hope if you're there you'll find me and say hello! Hugs* I love them!

Our friends from our shul gave us just the right amount of very good food for the day - enough for two generous meals plus leftovers, and for take-out was very edible indeed. Miss Conduct (Boston Globe Magazine). Rambly, but it's my journal, dammit! I can be rambly if I want to. ;). For the most part I am really enjoying this carless thing. I had a car, wasn't using it much, it died, would have cost more than the car was worth to fix it, so I didn't.). But by and large I'm liking it. Am I on the right side for street cleaning? Did I move it recently enough/is this going to be the week someone decides to enforce the 48-hr rule? What if someone hit my car? Yeah, I know. but!

The basic recipe I think comes out sort of like veg pepperoni, but is very versatile and you can also do pretty much whatever flavor modifications you want. Minion of the Universe. Rant: Me and My Tampons. Note: This post contains discussion of feminine unmentionables. Those who have issues with this - or who are deeply disturbed by the normal cycles of the female human body - should skip right over this one. (And probably start some therapy, but that's just my guess.). Purchased tampons, just on impulse or whatever, but I was used to it, anyway.
