Because I Should Care! Everything you really should care about…. Annabelle is sick…. March 20, 2015. And not just your standard cold or flu but rather pneumonia and I can’t help but be a bit angry about it. Well yesterday after seeing temps of 102 or higher most of the week I decided that this wasn’t right and finally got in with her normal doctor and he diagnosed and confirmed pneumonia. Do I think this could have been prevented? Maybe Sunday I will get some much needed sleep. Posted in: Everyday Life.

Mexican Chocolate…om nom nom nom. December 27, 2009. This is my recipe for Mexican Chocolate. I have tweaked it a little from the one that was given to me…Enjoy! 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup. 3 Tbsp. cocoa (such as Swiss Miss). 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. 1 pinch chili powder. Combine milk, water, and chocolate sauce in small saucepan, bring to a gentle boil. Stir in the powdered cocoa, cinnamon, and chili powder. Boil for 1 minute, reduce heat, and let it simmer for 1 minute. Serve. Makes 1 serving. How hard is it?
