Kids of 2 or 3 years old, planting saplings the same age in a park that hopefully they will one day bring their own children, to sit in the shade provided the trees planted by their mums and dads when they were little. It goes to emphasize that those of us who work in the parks are merely custodians, keeping things right until we can hand these places over to the next generation of guardians.
