Humor ist wenn man. August 14, 2015. 8230;trotzdem schreibt – und das trotz Frust. Ja, ich bin gefrustet. Durch die Hitze war ich teilweise so gelähmt, dass ich noch nicht mal meine 10.000 Schritte am Tag geschafft habe – geschweige denn irgendeine andere sportliche Aktivität. Und ab und an hab ich mir auch Eis gegönnt – ist ja Sommer. Bin aber was die Kalorienaufnahme angeht im „Gewicht halten“ – Bereich geblieben. Immer noch die gleiche Schwankung, das gleiche Gewicht. Da verliert man fast die Lust.
