Bakers of Lima, NY. Thursday, January 05, 2006. The Baker Christmas at The Brown's. A festive time was had at the Brown's in Parish, NY on the afternoon of New Year's Eve. Due to the New Year's Eve factor, we had dinner about noontime, then gift exchange and finally a group picture before people began filtering away for evening celebrations about 4-5 pm. Jeff brought his loveable St. Bernard "Bailey" who weighed in at 180 lbs. "Rebel" (Stewart's Shih-tzu) and Bailey got along fabulously. Eric & Ginny.

Bakers of Lima, NY. Wednesday, May 31, 2006. We had a surprise visit from Cathy Bullock, our former neighbor from the late 1970's and early 1980's. Watched the Lima Memorial Day parade with her and caught up on the latest news with our families. She had driven all the way up from North Carolina - 15 hours straight. It DID stop but not until after it soaked the park and it was decided to move the concert into the adjacent Baptist church. What a magnificent venue. After playing for an hour, we took a break and had food and desserts offered by local fundraising vendors, including pulled pork BBQ and wonderful pies. A good time had by all.
