Here are a few Ways, Moms/Housewives get a workout! 1) Taking kids on a walk up and down the hills in a double stroller. Works: abs, arms, calves. 2)Vacuuming the house.(includes moving furniture) Works: abs and arms. 3)Vacuuming the house while holding or wearing a small child. Works: same as #2 only harder and more sweatiness. Works: arms, abs, legs, ok-everything.
