Wednesday, March 17, 2010. That is correct. Simeon John-Calvin Counihan. Survived to his two year birthday. We're ecstatic. Simeon is by far our craziest Counihan. Sometimes our life feels a bit like a running of the bulls in Pamplona. Simeon is eerily similar to a bull in his approach to nearly everything, I believe he has legitimately tackled every member of our family at least once, including Dad. Our Mr. Sims, Simeon the Giant, Hambino. Monkey. He is truly a tugboat, a freight train. A big teddy bear.

Monday, June 4, 2012. Ug Having a hard time getting to "one"derland.It is really hard to get out and walk or jog when it is so hot! I've also been dealing with a relapse of the sugar addiction. Ok One week at a time. This week we are driving to Las Vegas on Wednesday and driving home on Sunday. Traveling and vacation! Plan: Take workout clothes. Use the hotel treadmill 30 minutes each day. Absolutely NO sugar! Water only. Photo log my food! Goal: lose 5 pounds, but would be happy with a 3 pound loss.
