公益社団法人日本輸入食品安全推進協会は、輸入食品を取扱う各業界の代表企業が 安全 安心な輸入食品をお届けするために とのスローガンのもとに、厚生労働省の指導により 平成４年９月. 関係省庁及び関係団体等から輸入食品に関する情報を収集し、タイムリーに提供 FAX メール送信 しています。 養成講習会は厚生労働省 消費者庁の担当官を講師に、食品衛生法関連事項 表示を含む 、食品等の輸入届出方法、食品衛生法違反事例など、食品輸入事業者が必要とする知識を体系的に学べる内容になっています。 E-mail : asif@asif.or.jp.

食品衛生法に基づく輸入手続き

食品等輸入届出書 正副2部 以下 届出書 という. 獣畜 牛、馬、豚、めん羊、山羊、水牛 及び 家きん 鶏、あひる、七面鳥 の肉及び臓器並びにこれを原料とした食肉製品. 1年間または3年間分の輸入を一度に届け出たい場合 計画輸入 や食品等を繰り返し輸入する場合 品目登録制度 、1年間または3年分の届出を一括して行うことができます。 届出書の共通部 上半部分 ひとつについて、最大7品目 下半部分 まで一度に届け出ることができます。 違反の蓋然性が高くないと判断された品物で、今後の実態を把握するために年間計画に基づきサンプリングしラボ 検疫所 登録検査機関 にて検査が実施されます。 かび毒 アフラトキシン等 、有毒魚、貝毒、シアン化合物、食中毒菌、腐敗 変敗等の問題のない食品であること。 添加物の使用基準および農薬 動物用医薬品等の残留基準を逸脱 対象外の食品への使用、過量残存 したものでないこと。 食品に使用できない 医薬品として指定される原材料や成分 ものを使用 含有していないこと。

他方、輸入食品については、厚生労働大臣や自治体に毎年 輸入食品監視指導計画 の策定および公表を義務付けていますし、食品輸入事業者には 自主管理体制の構築 を強く要請しています。 輸入食品の安全確保に係る問題を少しでも改善しようと、輸入 生産 流通 販売に携わる有志企業が協議会を昭和63年11月に結成して活動を始めました。 その実績をふまえ平成4年9月に厚生省 現 厚生労働省 の許可を得て社団法人となり、さらに平成23年4月1日には公益認定を受けて、公益社団法人日本輸入食品安全推進協会となりました。 食品事業者が 安全 安心な輸入食品をお届けする という社会的責任を果たすことを支援する活動を幅広く行っています。 厚生労働省 同検疫所の指導 監督の下に企業内に 輸入食品衛生管理者 の設置等を進めます。 Tel 03-5695-0819 Fax 03-5695-0969.
