As Far as Love Grows. Saturday, November 26, 2011. We honeymooned in Chicago, one of our favorite cities. We love Chicago for it's architecture and rich history (and the shopping, of course). It's such a lovely place to explore with the one you love. We found ourselves lost in an old neighborhood, drawing in the sand on the beach, taking the train everywhere. And stopping every few minutes to kiss. The only photo of us (kind of ). The Museum of Science and Industry. So neat! Have you ever been to Chicago?

As Far as Love Grows. Tuesday, December 27, 2011. This Christmas was magical. Michael and I made sure to take time just for each other this year. We had our celebration on Christmas eve and then three more on Christmas day between our families. We're lucky to have so many people who love us. We also didn't buy a scrap of wrapping paper this year, which I'm quite proud of. That stuff is expensive and it just gets ripped up. What a waste. I hope your Christmas was wonderful. Pounds over the last four weeks and I'm finally above my pre-pregnancy normal weight. As Far as Love Grows. Friday, December 7, 2012. What's on my mind.Friday? So, it seems that babies don't really care about the days of the week. I haven't had much time lately to blog, especially on a specific day, so today I bring you what's on my mind Friday. Emmy had her first appointment with the pediatrician on Tuesday. She has grown 2.75 inches since she was born, but is still just a few ounces heavier than her birth weight. I know, crazy, right? How did that happen? Let me start at the beginning.
