As I have mentioned in a previous post, I have began observing Friday as a meatless day. I started looking up pseudo vegetarian recipes and found quite a few on Pinterest. No surprise too that I went for tofu as I do love the stuff. If you have yet to discover this protein wonder, you are missing out. I'm a lazy person. I think almost everyone near and dear to me knows that. I love lounging and just taking it easy. Specially after a rough work week. So really it's no surprise that a post on the "art" of being lazy will find its way on my blog. So let me take you through a great weekend - My perfect Sunday. The most important element to make a weekend perfect is. Drum roll please. A relaxing setting is the only way to go. I like being near the water as it is a very calming element. Sex on the beach.

Visiting Europe has been a goal of mine since God knows when. P and i made a pact that by the age of 30 we will go on a sabbatical of sorts and spend a good amount of time discovering Europe. Little did i know that I will be making the trip sooner than expected. Sorry P. But hey, we can still make that trip in a few years. ;). Six in the City. The night was oozing with. Good music (i'll elaborate more on this in another post). Food Nachos station, pasta, prime rib. i for one loved the prime rib. Haha! Awesome prizes. BBZ Gears, custom made wooden bottle openers, breathalyzers, party coupons and of course, 6 BBZ personal freezers! Of course, ice-cold beers. It was a simple but very fun celebration. Guests were singing along to the band. some even took to the stage! BBZ owners, Vinson Co Say and Luigi Nunez with Atty. Jimeno.
