Me puse a ello, pues tenía que realizar 50 galletas en un par de semanas, me compre la revista bricoreposteria y allí encontré mas ideas. La receta es la típica de galletas de mantequilla ya que, en mi opinión, estas son las mejores para decorar con glasa real o con fondant. 250 gr de mantequilla. 200 gr de azúcar glas.
