Friday, January 9, 2015. I used to ride a bike in the winter and now, not so much. I do walk with my Sassy dog quite a bit. I'm 56 but like 11 on the inside. If you're younger than 50 then you have no excuse to not ride your bike in the winter unless you're worried about falling causing spiral fracture or is it spiral ham.
