How You Can Help. Iding Romania's Children (ARC) has been providing financial support and humanitarian relief for children and youth with HIV/AIDS in Bucharest since 1999. The availability of antiretrovirals has greatly helped the HIV kids of Romania, allowing many to reach young adulthood. But their situation is very bleak. These young people have not had the opportunities of consistent education and job opportunities due to harsh discrimination surrounding their disease. Design by Aurora Imaging Company.
