Updates from the Copper State: Mommy Daughter Matching
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/07/mommy-daughter-matching.html
Sunday, July 17, 2011. Ok, I had to do it. I've waited this long to do it and I think that's pretty good. Yesterday I finally coordinated our outfits for the first time:. I think we look pretty darn cute. I agree - awfully darned cute you both are! You both look good with that squash soup, too! Are you still liking your dishwasher soap? July 17, 2011 at 9:22 PM. Updates from the Copper State: A Girl Can Dream
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/09/girl-can-dream.html
Monday, September 19, 2011. A Girl Can Dream. It's that time of year. The leaves are changing, the air is crisp. at least somewhere that is the case. Most people are beginning to enjoy the change of seasons while we still swelter here in the Southwest. Even though I won't be apple picking and donning a sweater any time soon, I thought I would bring back a taste of Fall (and memories of Iowa) with these cool corn garden stakes. A girl can dream, right? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Girl Can Dream.

Updates from the Copper State: September 2011
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 30, 2011. Making Baby Shirts is My New Obsession. I'm sure you all remember the onesies. I decorated long ago for Brooke and Joe's first son, Truman. Believe it or not, I have actually spent a good deal of time trying to figure out how I was going to out-do myself for their latest addition, Keen. Well, never fear. After a bit of soul-searching (and a bit of Pinterest. Searching) I think I've done it! I actually made the shirts themselves from scratch. From scratch! A Girl Can Dream.

Updates from the Copper State: 6 Months!
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/08/6-months.html
Sunday, August 14, 2011. Our sweet baby girl is 6 months already! We weighed her on her birthday and she was 18 lbs. 6 oz. so she has officially doubled her birth weight and is growing like a weed. She is, as it turns out, the cutest baby I have ever seen. We celebrated her 6 month birthday with our usual monthly photo shoot, dinner out with her Grandma who was in town, and of course, felt food. It doesn't get much better than that! In a blink she will be 6 years old! Hope we get to meet her some day soon.

Updates from the Copper State: Ebelskivers
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/06/ebelskivers.html
Monday, June 20, 2011. I made some Ebelskivers. These are also known as "pancake puffs." My dear sweet grandma gave us a handy dandy electric Ebelskiver maker the last time we were in San Diego and I am now completely addicted to making them! It's really a lot of fun. Has so many neat ideas from breakfast to appetizers. I am totally inspired and will probably be bringing them as a dish to the next several potlucks I attend. June 20, 2011 at 11:56 PM. My dream is to take food pics like you do!

Updates from the Copper State: Succotash Salsa Soup
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/09/succotash-salsa-soup.html
Wednesday, September 14, 2011. With all the posts I do about soup, maybe this should just be a soup blog. But then there wouldn't be any pictures of my cute baby girl. That just won't do. In fact, here's one just for good measure:. Did you just fall over from cuteness? I served it with some Archer Farms blue corn tortilla chips from Target. They are quite possibly my most favorite chips ever. If you would like to make it yourself, you can get the recipe here. Maybe 3 out of 5 stars? Enjoy it as much as I.

Updates from the Copper State: Family Vacay
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/06/family-vacay.html
Monday, June 13, 2011. This weekend Brett had some extra days off, so we decided to head up to the Grand Canyon since we have not been since we moved to Arizona. It was fun to take Hailey on a trip, even if it was just a short one. The Grand Canyon was beautiful, and pretty much exactly how I remembered it. We obviously did not do much hiking with a baby in tow, but we enjoyed walking some of the easy access trails along the rim and taking some pictures. On my left you will see the Grand Canyon. I Made a...

Updates from the Copper State: Cutest Baby
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/09/cutest-baby.html
Tuesday, September 20, 2011. I entered Hailey in a 'Cutest Baby' contest today. All other babies need not apply. This one's got it covered. Baby sling are able to provide privacy when breastfeeding or nursing your baby in public. You can nestle the baby deep within the fabric of the sling to ensure privacy while monitoring that the baby’s head is relaxed and not squished upon its chest, which is important to maintain proper breathing. Updates from the Copper State: Four Months- Time Flies!
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2011/06/four-months-time-flies.html
Monday, June 13, 2011. Four Months- Time Flies! How is it that our little baby girl is four months already? It's amazing how much she has changed in such a short time. She has gone from teeny tiny newborn to a baby who is rolling over, sitting up with help, and scooting (not crawling, but scooting) her way around on the floor. Time just flies by- and she just keeps getting cuter! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Enter your email address:. Adam's 8 Shades of Nifty.

Updates from the Copper State: A Gift for Truman
http://andsometimesy.blogspot.com/2008/05/gift-for-truman.html
Saturday, May 3, 2008. A Gift for Truman. I was once again inspired by my new favorite blog, Homemade By Jill. To create this super cute necktie onesie. I decided to make it for Brooke and Joe's. Newest addition, Truman. I think that this idea is especially cute because his daddy's a lawyer. I was on a roll after the first one, so I decided to make another. At first I was going to make an elephant, but then it told me that it wanted to be a sea turtle:. May 4, 2008 at 10:47 AM. Amy WOW they are great!
