Making the Change to a Healthier You! Sunday, June 24, 2007. I was watching Oprah's show on putting yourself first and Oprah's resident life coach said something that I thought was amazing. She said that children pattern their parents. You need to. Love Your Own Life! If you only love your children and not yourself, they grow up into people who can't love themselves. Children do not treat themselves the way you treat them, they treat themselves the way you treat YOU! Set the example and LOVE YOURSELF!

We knew it was time to move them to the "big boy" beds. I wanted to have their new room all decorated before they moved in, but instead Matt and I scrambled to put the beds together on Thursday night. Here they are on Friday morning after their first night in the big beds. They did great! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
