http://lindsaycookies.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 30, 2010. Lindsay Cookies has expanded into Lindsay Cupcakes. Introducing the original Lindsay S’mores Cupcake. Graham cracker bottom, triple chocolate fudge cake with chocolate chips, and chocolate peanut butter icing with a marshmallow treat under the icing AND on top. I’m drooling just writing about it. I said I wanted one, so I made one. Actually, I made a bunch. This little cutie wanted his picture taken. Alright, now say goodbye. He won’t last until tomorrow! Tuesday, July 27, 2010.

Lindsay Cookies: Random Tuesday Thoughts
http://lindsaycookies.blogspot.com/2011/03/random-tuesday-thoughts.html
Tuesday, March 8, 2011. I’m working on a blog about how different my average week is today versus three years ago. I’m so overwhelmingly grateful for how things have changed that I just can’t find the right words yet. So, stay tuned. For now, this is all I've got. We had an incredible small group last night. I love my small group! Did you know that there’s a verse missing in the book of Mark (at least in the NIV)? Check it out…Mark 11:26. KJV has it. What’s that all about? I just rediscovered a great Bil...

My Frame of View: December 2013

My Frame of View. My perspective on faith, ministry, family, and me. Sunday, December 29, 2013. The Gift of the Carolers. I visit Norma periodically. Norma lives with a variety of health problems, and together we get to enter the sacred ground of secrets from the past, crises in the present, and anxieties of the future. We share, we pray, we laugh, we cry, we search Scripture, and we talk for hours. I get to be her pastor, and that is a gift. This is what Norma wrote about the experience:. The doorbell r...

My Frame of View: January 2014
http://angieframe.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
My Frame of View. My perspective on faith, ministry, family, and me. Friday, January 31, 2014. It was 10:00 on an August morning. I had just sat through my first college lecture with my twin sister by my side—roommates, sisters, and students pursuing the same degree. Dr. Ausband dismissed the class, and then pointed to us and said, “Could you two stay after for a minute? We had never gotten in trouble at school, and we were being asked to stay after our very first college class ever? Sammy and I started ...

My Frame of View. My perspective on faith, ministry, family, and me. Monday, July 29, 2013. Non-alcoholic drinks; I promise! As promised, here's a follow-up to yesterday's sermon. Start the mentoring relationship. Be willing to share who you really are. Realize that every mentoring relationship is different. Remember it’s not about the mentor. Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Mission Trip Reflections, continued. So what DID I do? I’m still wrestling with this. I think the wrestling on this part comes with a hun...

Reaching my goal meant a relatively small amount of weight, and it took a long amount of time. Patience and perseverance win. And grace, lots and lots of grace. I kept almonds or walnuts in my office and car for my crunchy, salty snack cravings. That's my biggest craving; I'm not a chocaholic, but I do love some salt and carbs! Here's how it work...

Lindsay Cookies: November 2010
http://lindsaycookies.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 19, 2010. Food for the Mood. True to form, I found myself questioning whether I should publish this post. Might as well go for broke. Today, I’m at peace for the first time in a long time. My mind is not racing. I spent some quality time with Lenny this morning (thank you for going in a little later! I needed a white shirt to serve at a special dinner tonight, but didn’t have one. A dear friend let me borrow one (check out her and her hubby’s blog here. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I am a...
