Conquering a healthier lifestyle for ourselves and our families. Chia bowl of everything. 1/3 cup of chia seeds. 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Add all above ingredients to a mason jar and store in the fridge until the following day. Add chia mix to a bowl, top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola etc and enjoy! I usually eat them whole with a bit of Himalayan salt I sometimes make deviled eggs or in this case GUACAMOLE stuffed eggs. Yes I said GUACAMOLE! Soooo scrumptious, I literally could eat this everyday of my life haha. So to get started you have to hard-boil your eggs- 4 eggs for this recipe. We have a previous post explaining how to do so here. 1 avocado (I use Haas). 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
