Khamis, 27 September 2012. 1 125gm mentega-suhu bilik. 2 63 gram gula aising. 3 250 tepung serbaguna (akak guna tepung gandum aje). 4 1 kuning telur-suhu bilik. 5 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila. 6 1 sudu besar air sejuk. 1 Ayak tepung dan campurkan gula ke dalam mangkuk. 2 Campurkan mentega dengan tepung sehingga membentuk 'crumbs' kasar. 3 Tambahkan kuning telur, esen vanilla dan air. 4 Bentukkan menjadi bola dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk selama 30 minit. Bahan untuk tat keju. 2 20 gram mentega-suhu bilik.
